Parking is available in a number of pay lots surrounding the UNCC building. One such lot is at \n  707 N. Brevard St. This is at the corner of 11th.   St.and Brevard St. Be sure to park in numbered spaces and pay the box (usually $4.00-$5.00) in the numbered slot corresponding to your spot. There is no change machine on site so make sure to bring exact change. Panza specializes in organization and process analysis for effective\, sustainable performance improvement. She has many published articles\, book chapters\, and her own book on Organization Mapping\, entitled\, Picture This…Your Function\, Your Company. Carol is the Chair-Elect of IFTDO and President of ISPI EMEA.\n  This program has been approved for 1.5 (General) recertification credit hours toward PHR\, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
