Session Description:

You're either adding value or subtracting value. Some of us have heard it said that if you're not making money, you better hope you're helping those who make it make more of it. These are pretty harsh statements, but the element of truth behind them is clear. As cost centers in an organization, HR, marketing, IT and others have to show how they are contributing positively to the bottom line.

Join us in January 8, 2015, as we explore with thought leaders how learning organizations can show they are adding value to their organizations. It's likely to be a disruptive and necessary conversation.
