Join us for a live webinar on Friday, July 30th from 12:00 noon – 1:00 pm to learn more.  Judy Hale, Ph.D., CPT, and ISPI President-Elect will share more about the designation and the value it brings to experienced professionals and to organizations.

About the Speaker:

Judith Hale, CPT, has been a successful HPT consultant to both public and private sectors and an active member of ISPI for more than 25 years.  Her clients include ABB, Abbott, American Family, Baxter, Caterpillar, ComEd, Johnson Controls, McDonalds, Taiwan’s Research Institute, Walgreens, Washington Airport Authority, and many more, here and abroad.  She has developed job specific certification programs used in over 100 countries.  A regular speaker at Training and ISPI conferences, she has been an invited speaker at AQPC, CSTD, HRPM, SME, and USCG.  She has published six books related to HPT, including the best-selling The Performance Consultant’s Fieldbook and three chapters for ISPI’s Handbooks. 

Her leadership qualifications include chapter president of CISPI and IRRA; past-president of ibstpi, where she facilitated the development of the Instructional Design, Trainer, and Training Manager Standards; and ISPI, where she led team that developed the Certified Performance Technologist (CPT), the HPT Standards, and the Code of Ethics.  More than 1,000 people in 26 countries have been certified.  She is a recipient of ISPI’s Gilbert and Lifetime Member awards, ISPI’s Outstanding Member Award, and the Outstanding Educator Award by the Insurance Institute.  A passionate advocate of ISPI’s mission and vision, she has presented to 15 chapters, 14 industry groups, and 7 universities’ in the last two years alone about the value of HPT.  She is certified in Management by the Insurance Institute of America and earned a Ph.D. from Purdue in Instructional Design.
