Politics is the art of getting things done.  It is all about access and influence.  When done well is the oil that makes good things happen.  When done badly it compromises personal and professional ethics, destroys trust, and demeans ones profession.  Judy will bring clarity to why politics is important and the value of doing it well.  She will give you practical tips about how to increase your influence so your ideas get a fair hearing and your opinion if valued.

Judy is known for being practical in her approach to evaluating learning and performance solutions.  She believes in leveraging data clients already use and dramatizing both the need for the solution and its effectiveness.
