Innovative Learning Group’s CEO Lisa Toenniges will share a process for developing an organizational learning strategy. She also will cover what a learning strategy is, why it’s important, how it’s used, and how it’s created. The session will be interactive and engage participants in a simulation of part of the strategy-creation process.

Lisa Toenniges, CPT, is the owner and CEO of Innovative Learning Group, a performance-first learning company located in Troy, Michigan. She has more than 25 years’ experience in the performance improvement industry. In 2015, Lisa completed her term as past president of ISPI, and served as an ISPI board member and treasurer from 2010-2012. She also was president of the ISPI Michigan Chapter in 2007. Lisa is a frequent speaker at international conferences, local ISPI chapters, and business-related events. She has a master’s degree in instructional technology from Wayne State University and is a Certified Performance Technologist.
