Typical organizational learning content too often makes it more difficult to learn, remember, and apply. Here’s the (very) good news. Learning, writing, information design, usability, and other research offers clear tactics for making it easier to learn and gain better learning and performance outcomes.

Patti Shank, PhD , author of Write and Organize for Deeper Learning, Practice and Feedback for Deeper Learning, and Manage Memory for Deeper Learning makes these tactics clear and actionable.

In this session, participants will apply these actionable tactics from research that help us:

  • Make content clearer and easier to understand
  • Support remembering
