Executive coaching: This session will explore how different types of coaching in organizations can be used to gain strategic alignment with business goals:

Gwen Hall - Director of Talent and Organizational Development

Gwen Hall is the Director of Talent and Organizational Development. A top-tier talent management and organizational development professional with over 25 years of operational, strategic planning and execution, and performance and process improvement experience, she is a highly skilled and respected leader who specializes in individual, team and organizational transformation.

With a B.S. degree in Business Administration – Finance, an M.S. in Organizational Management/Leadership, and a stellar career working with several non-profit organizations and large corporations, Gwen holds certifications and coveted credentials in leadership, strategic planning, instructor-led facilitation, business, executive, and life coaching. 

Personally, she has been married for 27 years to Jarrell and they are the proud parents of two young men, Ryan and Kyle. Gwen and Jarrell currently reside in the beautiful city of Greenville, South Carolina.

Gwen is passionate about helping others soar to their summit.
