Parking:

Parking tokens will no longer be sold at the registration desk. Parking is available in a number of pay lots surrounding the UNCC building. One such lot is at 

707 N. Brevard St. This is at the corner of 11th.  St.and Brevard St. Be sure to park in numbered spaces and pay the box (usually $4.00-$5.00) in the numbered slot corresponding to your spot. There is no change machine on site so make sure to bring exact change.

Session Description:

Join us as Rick will explore the core concepts and models introduced in his partners’ new book Rediscovering Value: Leading the 3-D Enterprise to Sustainable Success.  A “3-D Enterprise,” is a sustainably successful enterprise where resources and value are managed in balance. Rick will provide an overview of making the transition from a typical unbalanced approach to managing organization performance to a true 3-D Enterprise.

About Our Speaker:

Rick Rummler

Richard A. Rummler is a partner of the Performance Design Lab (PDL). He brings over 20 years of consulting experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of organization performance systems with The Rummler Group, The Rummler-Brache Group and now PDL. He has worked with client organizations in Asia, Europe, and North America to achieve improvements in organization performance. His experience includes a wide range of interventions, including process improvement and reengineering, organization redesign, and measurement and management system design. These projects have addressed various business subsystems, such as customer acquisition, manufacturing, product development, and customer service. An experienced presenter of the concepts and tools espoused by the PDL, Rick has delivered training programs to manufacturing and service organizations as well as government agencies and the military.

This program has been approved for 1.5 (General ) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Our Membership Committee will issue Certificates of Completion with the Program ID to eligible attendees once your atendance has been confirmed. Thank you for your interest.
