Presenter
Jessica Tower is the owner of Tower & Company, a consulting company focusing on progressive talent management. Jessica has a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Wayne State University, where she currently serves as adjunct faculty. She earned her undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University, where she studied both creative writing and Human/Organizational Development.
