Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) is a beloved tabletop role-playing game that requires players to use a range of leadership and problem-solving skills in order to succeed. This session will explore how these same skills can be applied in a corporate setting to improve leadership, team dynamics, and productivity. Through interactive exercises and discussion, participants will learn how to use D&D dungeon master skills such as planning and organization, facilitation, creativity, communication, and empathy to create a more engaging and productive work environment. Whether you are a seasoned D&D player or new to the game, this session will provide valuable insights and skills that can be applied in any profession.
